摘要 硬件描述语言VHDL在现代电子系统设计中应用广泛,但VHDL只能用于设计数字系统。具有混合信号系统描述能力的硬件描述语言VHDL-AMS是目前电子设计技术的新发展,能实现数字系统和模拟系统设计方法的统一,目前仍处于研究阶段。介绍VHDL-AMS的新特性,通过对PID控制原理进行数学分析,建立PID控制器的VHDL-AMS模型,并进行仿真分析。可以看出,应用VHDL-AMS使得控制系统的建模和仿真分析更加简捷有效,因此具有良好的应用前景。 Hareware description languge - VHDL is used widely in modern electronic system design, but it only used to describe cligital electronic system. VHDL - AMS which includes analog and mixed signal extensions to IEEE standard VHDL is new progress of electionic system design, it can build mixed signal sytstem and still be in the process of research. PID controller is implemented based on VHDL- AMS by mathematical formula. Simulation result of PID controller is presented. Design and analysis of control systems are simplified by VHDL - AMS because of its capacity of modeling multi - disciplines systems. VHDL - AMS will be widely used in many areas
