摘要
目的研究经口摄入壬基酚对小鼠睾丸超微结构的影响,以判断在体条件下壬基酚的雄性生殖毒性。方法12只雄性昆明小鼠随机分为对照组和实验组,对照组自由喂食静置自来水,实验组经口自由喂食1 g.L-1壬基酚,连续10 d,之后处死动物迅速取出睾丸,锋利预冷刀片切开,取1 mm×1 mm×2 mm的组织于戊二醛磷酸缓冲液固定,超薄切片,透射电镜观察睾丸超微结构变化。结果与对照组比较,实验组小鼠电镜下生精细胞排列出现紊乱,细胞器变性多见;支持细胞线粒体空泡化,嵴消失,内质网肿胀。结论经口摄入壬基酚可导致小鼠睾丸超微结构损伤。
Objective To study the effect of nonylphenol on ultrastrueture of mice testis. Methods Twelve male Kunming mice were randomly divided into control group and experiment group,the mice in control group were fed with tap water,the mice in experiment group were fed with 1 g · L^-1 nonylphenol by mouth for 10 days, 10 days later,mice were killed and testis were quickly taken, fixed in the phosphate buffer solution of glutaraldehyde, Then, ultrathin section were made, and ultrastructure were observed under transmission electron microscope. Results Compared with control group, some significant morphological changes of testis in experimental groups could been observed, Spermatogenie cell arrayed mussily, organelle degenerated. Sertoli cell mitoehondria being vaeuolated, mitoehondrial erista disappeared, endoplasmie retieulum swelled. Conclusion Nonylphenol can damage ultrastruetttre of mice testis.
