摘要
为了提高钛合金的冶金质量和回收钛合金废料,电子束冷床熔炼技术作为代替真空自耗电弧熔炼的先进熔炼技术,在钛工业中的应用越来越广泛。本文综述了电子束冷床熔炼技术的工作原理及特点,和钛合金冷床熔炼过程中去除硬α相夹杂和控制Al元素挥发的研究进展,最后介绍了我国电子束冷床熔炼技术现状。
To improve the metallurgical quality of titanium alloy and to recycle its scraps, the electron beam cold hearth remelting technology instead of vacuum arc remelting technology, is used more and more widely in the titanium industry. The process principle and characteristics of the electron beam cold hearth remelting technology, the research development of the removal of hard α inclusion and the control of Al evaporation, are reviewed in the article. Finally, the present state of the electron beam cold hearth remelting technology in China is introduced.
