摘要
利用变频器控制电动机的速度可以提高全自动手套机的编织效率。文中概括手套机及其他针织机械设备所配变频器的选型原则,分析全自动手套机电气控制系统的工作原理以及与变频器的硬件接口,讨论变频器使用过程中可能产生的干扰和采取的有效措施,设计手套机中变频器的通信协议及软件实现思路,并给出相应的通信软件流程图。
The knitting efficiency of the fully automatic glove knitting machine can be increased through the employment of the frequency converter to control the motor speed.This paper introduces the frequency converter selection principle of the glove knitting machine and other knitting machinery,analyzes the working principle of the electrical control system of the fully automatic glove knitting machine and the hardware interface with the frequency converter,and discusses the possible interferences and effective measures in use of the frequency converter.In addition,this paper designs the communication protocol of the frequency converter for the glove knitting machine,introduces the software design methods and presents the related communication software flow chart.
