摘要
本试验采用不同基质配比对北方枸杞进行容器育苗试验,根据不同基质对枸杞出苗、根长、地径、株高的影响,筛选最适于北方枸杞生长的基质。结果表明:泥炭和珍珠岩3∶2的配比对北方枸杞的根的生长具有明显的促进作用;泥炭100%不仅对北方枸杞的根系生长具有较大的促进作用,而且对其株高生长也有较大的促进作用,是北方枸杞比较适合的栽培基质。
A raise seedlings cultivating experment was carried out on Lycium chinense in the container by using different substrates. The results showed the best substrate for the growth of the northern Lyclum chinense was selected and reported the effects on emergence, root length, diameter and the height of Lycium chlnense. The substrate consisted of peat and perIite by the ratio of 3: 2 had significant promoting action on the growth of the root. The peat( 100% )could not only promote the growth of root greatly,but also useful to the height,so it a compatatively suitable substrate for cultivating Lycium chinense.
