摘要
分析了抛丸器的工作特点,提出了采用高铬耐磨铸铁制造抛丸器耐磨件的合理性,介绍了叶片化学成分熔炼、铸造和热处理工艺的选择。可作为同类型产品或材料在制造过程中的参考。
The running conditions and characteristic of the shot-blasting machine are analyzed. The rationality of high chromium iron used in shot blasting machine is offered. Chemical composition, smelting, cast-on outwell and heat treatment processing are discussed, which may accomplish with the type product or material as reference in creating process.
