摘要
以沈阳第一机床厂生产的某高速数控车床为研究对象,研究了机床主轴部件有限元模型的建立方法,以及采用弹簧阻尼单元模拟主轴轴承支承的方法研究,并讨论了弹簧阻尼单元布置情况对分析结果的影响。对主轴部件进行有限元分析包括模态分析和谐响应分析,并通过试验对有限元模型进行验证。
Based on a high speed NC machine tool produced by Shenyang No. 1 Machine Tool Works, the establishing methods of finite element model for spindle components are studied, and the configuration of the spring damper elements of the bearing supports are also researched, as well as the influence of the configuration on analysis results is discussed. Then the FEA ( Finite Element Analysis) model is validated and modified by experiments, after analysis and evaluation on its dynamic characteristics.
