摘要
计算机信息集成技术应用于产品设计领域,一个关键问题是将产品几何信息与物理信息集成。以物理模型的概念作为基础,以物理模型要完成的工作为主线,分模块重点介绍了物理模型的具体实现。除了开发环境及工具,主要的内容包括初始条件的获取、装配结构、参数与约束规则的处理以及最终的产品更新过程。在每一模块中都是以减速器设计过程中的环节进行举例,使得物理模型的整个开发过程更加具体化。最后针对物理模型的开发过程进行了总结,并提出了以后的发展方向。
Applying computer information integration technology in product design field, a key problem is the integration of product's geometry information and physics information. According to the concept and the primary functions, the study stresses on the realization of each module in physical model. Besides the development environment and tools, the primary works are the gaining of the original condition, assembly structure, management of the parameters and rules and then the update course of the final product. The study offers the examples of reducer design process, and then makes the development process concrete. In the end we generalize the realization course and put forward a development orientation.
