摘要
根据变电站可靠性要求采用了双以太网多环网结构,提出基于IEC61850标准的变电站冗余以太网通信的实现方案。基于这种冗余结构,对智能电子设备(IED)各个接口绑定硬件地址,将交换机端口与主接口的硬件地址进行映射,并分别设定IED接口和交换机端口的工作状态,给出了双以太网冗余和环网冗余的实现过程,并分析了该网络在单一链路故障和多重故障时的信息传送机制。根据变电站的通信结构,构建了变电站可靠性框图,利用最小割集理论,计算了该结构的通信可靠性指标。针对这种结构在信息实时传送方面存在的问题,采用了虚拟局域网技术和多路广播通信方式。该通信方案不仅较大地提高了通信可靠性,同时也保证了实时性。
A redundant communication scheme of dual- Ethernet multi- ring network based on IEC61850 is adopted to satisfy the requirement of substation for high reliability. The HW addresses of IED's interfaces are clearly defined,while those of switchboard's ports are mapped to MAC addresses. The working states of interfaces and ports are set respectively. The imple-mentations of dual-Ethernet redundancy and multi-ring redundancy,as well as the mechanism of message transfer under single and multiple network faults conditions,are expounded. The block diagram of substation reliability is created and its communication reliability index is calculated by applying the minimum cut sets theory. VLAN(Virtual Local Area Network) and multicast method are used to improve the real- time performance. The proposed communication scheme improves communication reliability while ensures real-time performance.
