摘要
通过对全国9个城市301名员工的组织支持感和工作绩效状况的实证调查分析,探讨了组织支持感与工作绩效之间的关系。运用Pearson相关分析和典型相关分析得出,组织支持感和工作绩效存在显著正相关关系。其中,工作支持、价值认同和员工价值与工作绩效都存在显著正相关关系。
Analyzing 301 questionnaires from employees of nine cities in China, this paper investigates relationships between perceived organizational support (POS) and staff performance. Pearson' s correlation analysis and the canonical correlation analysis are employed, which demonstrates a high correlation be- tween the POS and the staff performance, as well between support of work and the staff performance, recognition of value and the staff performance.
