摘要
目的对某煤矿职业病危害因素的控制效果进行评价。方法采用现场职业卫生学调查法、工作场所职业病危害因素现场检测与实验室分析法、检查表对照法相结合进行综合评价。结果生产过程中产生的主要职业病危害因素:粉尘、化学毒物、噪声。26个监测点中21个点粉尘合格,总粉尘合格率为80.7%,呼吸性粉尘合格率为84.6%。14个监测点的化学毒物测定值均小于接触限值,合格率100%。12个噪声监测点中有3个点超标,最大值98 dB(A),合格率为75.0%。气象条件符合卫生要求。该建设项目的选址与总体布置、生产设备布局、职业病防护设施、个人使用的防护用品、职业卫生管理等符合国家有关法规要求。结论该建设项目职业病危害控制效果基本合格,但仍需进一步完善防尘、降噪声设施。
Objective To assess the control effect of occupational hazards in the coal mining. Methods The assessment was proceeded by using combination of field investigation , monitoring and checklist methods. Results Major occupational risk factors in the production process were dust, chemical poisons, and noise . 21 monitoring points accorded with national standards which qualified rate of total dust was 80. 7% ,respirable dust 84. 6%. The qualified rate of 14 monitoring points which were determined chemical poisons was 100%. 3 noise monitoring points in 12 exceeded the national standards, the maximum value was 98 dB( A), the qualified rate was 75.0%. The weather conditions were all qualified. The project' s construction site with the overall layout, production equipment layout, occupational protective equipment, the use of personal protective equipment, occupational health and management met the requirements of national laws and regulations. Conclusion The control effect of construction project is basically qualified, but the facilities for dusting, reducing noise still need to be further improved.
