摘要
用SiFeMg7RE3粉状球化剂,加入量0.7%、1.0%和1.3%,与块状球化剂,加入量1.3%进行球化处理试验比较。试验结果表明:(1)与普通块状球化剂相比,粉状球化剂加入量减少了30%;(2)粉状球化剂使显微组织得到改善,球化级别较高,抗拉强度、屈服强度、伸长率明显提高;(3)粉状球化剂Mg的吸收率达到50%以上,减少了环境污染。
A comparison test of nodularizing treatment was carried out between powder-shaped and lump-shaped SiFeMg7RE3 nodularlzing alloy. The addition amount of the powder alloy was of 0.7% 1.0% andl.3%, and the addition amount of the lump alloy was of 1.3%. The test result was as follows: a) The addition amount of the powder -shaped nodularizing alloy could be reduced by 30%, compared with the lump-shaped alloy; b) By using the powder alloy, the microsmacture of the nodular iron was improved, nodularity, tensile strength, yield strength and elongation was obviously increased; e) When using powder alloy, the recovery rate of magnesium reached 50% and even higher, and the environmental pollution was reduced.
