摘要
[目的]为临床合理应用菌必治及设计临床给药方案提供理论依据。[方法]以分离自韶关某猪场的猪大肠杆菌株为受试菌株,采用试管二倍稀释法测定菌必治粉针剂的最小抑菌浓度(MIC),采用菌落计数法测定3种浓度的菌必治粉针剂对猪大肠杆菌的体外抗菌后效应(PAE)。[结果]菌必治粉针剂对猪大肠杆菌有较强的体外抗菌活性,MIC为0.978μg/ml。不同浓度的菌必治粉针剂对猪大肠杆菌呈现不同的PAE。浓度为1MIC、2MIC、4MIC的菌必治粉针剂对猪大肠杆菌的PAE值分别为(2.7988±0.0063)、(3.9550±0.0300)、(4.3653±0.0967)h。[结论]菌必治对猪大肠杆菌有明显的PAE,且呈浓度依赖性,随着菌必治浓度的增大,PAE有增加的趋势。
[ Objective ] The aim was to provide the theoretical basis for rational clinical application of ceftriaxone and designing the clinical prescription for medicine. [ Method ] Using swine E. coli strain separated from some hogpen in Shaoguan as tested strain, the minimal inhibitory concentration(MIC)of ceftriaxone powder injection was detected by tube double dilution method and the post-antibiotic effects (PAE)of ceftriaxone powder injection with 3 concn, on swine E. coli in vitro were detected by colony counting method. [ Result] The ceftriaxone powder injection had strong antibacterial activity on swine E. coli in vitro and the MIC was 0. 978 μg/ml. The PAE of ceftriaxone powder injection with different cohen, on swine E. coli was different. The PAE value of ceflriaxone powder injection with 1MIC, 2MIC, 4MIC on swine E. coli was (2. 798 8 ± 0. 006 3 ) , ( 3. 955 0 ± 0. 030 0), (4. 365 3± 0. 096 7) h resp, [ Conclusion ] The PAE of ceflriaxone powder injection on swine E. coli was obvious and showed concentration-dependent. The PAE increased with the increasing concn, of ceftriaxone.
