摘要
目的:总结湿润烧伤膏(MEBO)治疗各种深度烧伤创面的临床疗效。方法:对198例烧烫伤患者创面实行MEBO治疗,观察治疗过程中创面所发生的变化和病人的预后。结果:MEBO控制创面感染疗效显著,愈合时间缩短,未发现瘢痕增生和致残病例。结论:MEBO可用于各种深度烧伤创面的治疗,能避免创面发生再操作。
Objective： To summarize clinical efficacy of MEBO to treat various kinds of degree burns wounds. Method： 198 burns wounds were treated with MEBO and the changes at the wounds during treating course and patients＇ prognosis were observed and collected. Results： It was obvious to control wounds infection with MEBO. No hyperplasia scars and disabled cases observed. Conclusion： MEBO can be used to treat various kinds of bums wounds and to avoid wounds from secondary injury.
