摘要
目的:应用湿润烧伤膏(MEBO)在中小面积浅Ⅱ度～深Ⅱ度烧伤中的治疗效果。方法:1000例烧伤病人全程采用湿润暴露疗法(MEBT)治疗。结果:1000例各类不同部位的中小面积浅Ⅲ度～深Ⅱ度烧伤创面全部愈合。结论:应用湿润暴露疗法(MEBT)治疗中小面积Ⅱ度烧伤操作简单、疗效显著、止痛效果好、抗感染作用强、创面愈合快、瘢痕愈合率低。
Objective： To summarize the efficacy of treating moderate or minor superficial and deep second degree burns wounds with MEBO. Method： 1000 eases of burn patients all were treated with MEBT. Results： 1000 cases with various kinds of moderate or minor superficial and deep second burns wounds were healed completely. Conclusion： Treating moderate or minor second degree burns with MEBT is easy to operate with remarkable efficacy, pain relieving well, powerful anti - infection effect, fast healing rate and the lower scaring rate.
