摘要
针对高升水厂在生产运行中出现的除锰效果变差的问题进行了理论分析和生产性试验研究。发现反冲洗回收水消毒对滤池除锰效果有较大的负面作用,原因是回收水中剩余消毒药剂破坏了滤料层铁锰细菌形成的生物膜,抑制了新的铁锰细菌生长。生产性试验表明,当滤料表面铁锰细菌量达到105个/mL砂数量级后,才能获得较好的除锰效果。在除铁除锰工艺中,不宜对反冲洗回收水进行消毒处理。
Both theoretical analysis and producing test are performed to investigate the low removal rate of manganese in the operation of Gaosheng Water Supply Plant. It is found that backwashing reused water has negative effect on the removal of manganese in filtrating tank. The reason is that the residual disinfectants in reused water destroy the bio-film consisting of manganese-and iron-oxidizing bacteria, and thus inhibit their growth. The producing test indicated that only when the concentration of the bacteria reached 10^5/mL, could better removal rate of manganese be attained. The study suggests that it is inappropriate to disinfect using backwashing reuse water in the treatment of removing manganese and iron.
