摘要
吐哈油田的油气井存在低压、高气液比,易导致压井作业"一压就死"、"一动就喷",造成地层严重伤害,并影响油田产量。油田开展了低压油气井不压井作业技术攻关,开发了系列工具,形成了"杆式泵不压井检泵技术"、"射孔-完井一体化管柱技术"、"自喷井转抽不压井作业技术",并配套了捞砂、防砂、防气等技术,成功解决了常规作业造成的地层污染和潜在风险问题。现场试验并推广应用156井次,取得了较好的经济效益和社会效益,为国内其他深井油田开展不压井作业提供了较好的经验,应用前景广阔。
Turpan-Hami Oilfield was aimed at low pressure, high gas-liquid ratio, easy-killing operations as so-said "abnormal production after well being killed once," and "blowout after tripping once, "resulting in serious injury and affected stratigraphic oil output of the prominent contradictions. In the field of low pressure oil and gas wells snubbing service operations was done, and a series of tools were developed, and "rod pump inspection of snubbing service technology", "perforation - Completion integration string technology" , "Flowing Wells to the pumping operation snubbing service technology" were formed, supported by the fishing sand, sand control, anti-gas technologies such as conventional operating, which successfully resolved the formation of pollution and potential risks. Field test and the use in 156 wells achieves better economic and social benefits for other domestic oilfields in Sham Tseng snubbing service, also it provides a good reference for experienced wide applications in the future.
