输电铁塔用耐候钢节点耐腐蚀性能试验研究 被引量:14

Study on Corrosion Resistant Performance Tests of Weather-Proof Steel Node Used in Transmission Towers

摘要 输电铁塔中采用新型环保耐腐蚀钢材已成为必然,而其螺栓连接节点耐腐蚀性能有待研究。结合输电铁塔结构形式的特点,分别加工了输电铁塔用JT耐候钢单片试样、节点试样和普碳钢单片试样、节点试样,在模拟工业大气环境、海洋大气环境和酸雨大气环境中经240 h腐蚀试验,测定不同试样的腐蚀速率,获取普碳钢和JT耐候钢试样的腐蚀形貌图像和能谱图,分析输电铁塔用JT耐候钢节点的耐腐蚀性能,并与普碳钢节点的耐腐蚀行性能进行对比。试验结果表明,节点试样的腐蚀程度高于单片试样,JT耐候钢的耐腐蚀性能优于普碳钢。试验研究结果为JT耐候钢在输电铁塔中的推广应用提供重要参考和依据。 It is inevitable that new environment friendly corrosion resistant steel will be used in transmission tower construction. However, the node corrosion withstanding performance of bolt connection points still requires more research. Considering structural characteristics of transmission towers, single piece and node specimens of JT weather-proof steel, as well as single piece and node specimens of regular carbon steel used in transmission towers are manufactured and tested in simulated industrial and marine atmospheres, as well as acid rain environment for 240 hours. The corrosion rates of different specimens are measured to generate corrosion graph and energy spectrum graph of both regular carbon steel and JT steel. Corrosion withstanding performance of JT steel node is also analyzed and compared with regular carbon steel. Test results show that corrosion of node specimen is more severe than that of single piece specimen, and JT steel has superior corrosion withstanding performance than that of carbon steel. Test results provide important references and basis for the application of JT steel in transmission tower constructions.
