混凝土井字梁楼盖体外预应力加固施工

摘要 介绍了体外预应力加固施工中一种新的转向机构,即用钢筋混凝土制作的转向块代替通常用的钢棒转向机构;用钢板、锚筋和挤压锚整体成为固定端直接锚固在墙上,解决了现场无操作空间的难题。现场进行了预应力摩阻和锚具回缩损失的测试。 The authors recommend a new mechanism for turn around wheel in the prestress reinforcement construction. The reinforced concrete turning block is used instead of normal steel bar turning mechanism. The dead end is a whole structure which is composed of steel board, steel bar and extruding anchor. The dead end anchor directly on the wall so as to solve the difficulty of no place to operate. Authors have test the prestress loss through friction and slip in anchorage on the site.
