摘要 采用电子束物理气相沉积(EB-PVD)技术在不同基体预热温度条件下制备NiCoCrAlY粘结层和氧化钇部分稳定的氧化锆面层。对样品进行了热循环试验。观察热循环过程中热障涂层显微结构的变化并分析了连续恒温氧化与热循环氧化间的差异,提出了EB-PVD热障涂层热循环的失效机理。 The bond coat of NiCoCrAlY and top coat of Y203 partially stabilized ZrO2 are deposited at different preheating temperatures of substrate by using electron beam physical vapor deposition (EB-PVD) technology. Thermal cycling test of sample is performed. The mierostructure changes of thermal barrier coatings during the thermal cycling is observed and the difference between thermal cycling oxidation and continuous constant temperature oxidation is analyzed. The failure mechanism during this thermal cycling is put forward.
