摘要
锌元素的丰缺直接关系到人类健康,如何提高谷类作物子粒中锌含量及其生物有效性,改善人体微量元素营养,已成为全世界植物营养学家、农学家及人体营养学家关注的焦点。从锌对土壤养分的吸收与转移、小麦的生长发育、产量与品质及锌与其他营养元素的关系等方面综述了小麦锌营养的研究进展,同时提出了未来在小麦锌营养方面需要重点开展的研究工作。
Abundance or lack of zinc element is related to human health directly. How to increase the content of zinc element and biological validity in cereal crops and to improve microelements of human have become one of the focuses to which plant nutritionists, agronomists and human nutritionists pay attention. This paper summarizes the advances of zinc nutrition in wheat from several aspects, such as absorption and transfer of zinc nutrition, growth and development, yield and quality of wheat, the relationship of zinc and other nutritional elements. The future researches on zinc nutrition in wheat are also brought forward.
