摘要
分别对环境空气中细菌和霉菌监测的不同采样仪器、采样方式、培养条件的结果进行对比分析,并进行差异显著性检验。结果表明,FA-1型和FA-2型采样器的采样结果无显著性差异;细菌和霉菌监测的采样时间以5min为最佳;细菌的培养以48h、37℃±1℃为优,霉菌的培养为96h、28℃±1℃为宜;对实验结果进行精密度检验,均达到了质量控制的要求。
The comparative results of the tests were analyzed and contrasted in samplers, sampling and culture methods of bacteria and mildew in the air. The results of significance test results indicated that no differences in air microorganism capture function of FA - 1 and FA - 2 samplers. The suitable sampling time was 5 minutes, culture temperature for Bacteria 37℃ + 1℃ and for mildew 28℃ + 1 ℃, culture time for bacteria 48 hours and for mildew 96 hours. The accuracy examinations of the tests meet the quality control requirements.
