3,5-二氯水杨醛缩三羟甲基氨基甲烷还原席夫碱的合成 被引量:1

Synthesis of 2-(3,5-Dichloro-2-hydroxy-benzylamino)-2-hydroxymethyl-propane-1,3-diol

摘要 以无水乙醇为溶剂,在室温条件下,三羟甲基氨基甲烷与3,5-二氯水杨醛反应合成席夫碱,并用硼氢化钠作还原剂还原得到相应的还原席夫碱。对原料配比、温度、反应时间等影响产率的因素进行了分析研究。席夫碱最佳反应条件为:3,5-二氯水杨醛和三羟甲基氨基甲烷比例为1∶1,反应时间为30 min,反应温度为30℃。该还原席夫碱最佳反应条件为:硼氢化钠与3,5-二氯水杨醛缩三羟甲基氨基甲烷席夫碱的物质的量比例为1.5∶1,反应温度为30℃。 Applied 3,5-dichlorobromo-salicylaldehyde and 2-Amino-2-hydroxymethyl-propane-1,3-diol as material, 2-( 3,5-Dichlorobromo-2-hydroxy-benzylamino)-2-hydroxy methyl-propane-l, 3-diol had been synthesized and characterized by elemental analyse and IR spectroscopy. The optimum synthesis conditions of the schiff base were as followed: 3,5-dichlorobromo-salicylaldehyde: 2-Amino-2-hydroxymethyl- propane-l, 3-diol = 1 : 1, temperature 30℃, time 30min. And the optimum reaction conditions of the syntheticl 2-(3,5-Dichlorobromo- 2-hydroxy-benzylamino)-2-hydroxymethyl-propane-1,3-diol were as followed: NaBH4 : schiff base= 1.5 : 1, time 30 min.
