摘要
目的研究彩色多普勒超声心动图对肺动脉高压在临床的应用价值。方法对50例肺动脉高压患者用彩色多普勒超声心动图记录右室流出道的血流频谱及瓣口返流情况。结果肺动脉高压在三尖瓣口均有返流。返流速度平均(4.06±0.56)m/s,并伴有右房压升高。结论此种无创性检查对肺动脉高压的诊断与心导管技术、核素检查相比有一定的优越性,并为指导治疗提供客观依据,值得推广应用。
Objective To research the clinical applicative value of pulmonary hypertension diagnosed with color Dopple echocardiography. Methods Using Color Doppler echocardiography records the bloodflow spectrum of the right ventricular outflow tract and the flow pattern of valve regurgitation of 50 patients who had puhnonary hypertension. Results The patients with pulmonary hypertension all have tricuspid regurgitation whose average rate was （4.06 ± 0.56）m/s and they also had hypertension associated with the right atrium at the same time. Conclusion Such non-invasive technique for diagnosis of puhnonary hypertension have some advantages over Cardiac catheterization and scintimammography. It provide an objective basis for the treatment and should be widely applied.
