摘要
棉酚是一种有毒物,对人和动物有害,因而大大降低了棉副产品的利用价值,但它在医药和工农业方面却有着广泛的用途。综述了棉酚的提取、检测方法、毒性以及综合利用研究进展,并对棉酚未来发展利用趋势进行了展望。
Gossypol is harmful to people and animals, which seriously decreases the values of most cottonseed products, but the gossypol can be extensively used in many fields such as medicine, industry and agriculture. Advances in the extraction and determination methods, toxicity and comprehensive utilization of gossypol were reviewed. The development and application trend of gossypol were also prospected.
