摘要 印染废水水温高、色度大、有机染料残余多,难以采用常规生物处理工艺。结合浙江某纺织印染企业生产废水的水质情况,采用以厌氧—好氧生物处理为主,后续混凝脱色、臭氧氧化、离子交换、活性炭吸附的生物—化学—物理联用工艺。中试研究结果表明,该工艺运行稳定,出水水质较好,达到了该公司染整用水水质要求。 Printing and dyeing wastewater with high temperature, deep color, high-concentration of organic pollutants is difficult to be treated by conventional biological process. Considering the printing and dyeing wastewater quality of a factory in Zhejiang Province, the combined biological/chemical/physical processes including anaerobic/aerobic technology, coagulation and decoloration, ozone oxidation, ion exchange and activated carbon adsorption are adopted. The results of pilot test show that the combined processes have stable operation and good effluent quality, meeting the reuse standard of printing and dyeing wastewater in this factory
