摘要
论述了医院文化管理的内涵、医院文化管理与战略管理的关系以及文化管理对提高医院核心竞争力的积极推动作用。同时,介绍了宣武医院文化建设的实践及其成效。指出,在目前的环境下,公立医院内部管理模式的创新是关键之举。文化管理作为一种新的管理理念,为破解目前的管理难题提供了一种新思路。
The concept of hospital culture management, the relationship to hospital culture management and hospital strategy management, the function of hospital culture for promoting hospital core competition were analyzed. The experience and effectiveness of hospital culture building in Xuanwu hospital were introduced. Under the modern environment of medical service, key point for creating was public hospital internal management model. As a new management vision, hospital culture management gave a new way to solve hospital management problem.
