摘要
医院为患者提供优质高效服务时,应当重视对就医患者需求的必要性研究及其作用的认识,了解患者需求产生的机理和特征,积极研究并应用识别、确定患者需求的方法和手段,纠正轻视患者需求的倾向。
Patient's demands should be attended while providing medical service. The mechanism and characteristic of patient demands should be researched and identified. Methods of identifying patient demands should be developed and tendency of shrugging off patient' s demands should be corrected.
