摘要
一直以来,学界重点关注人才培养模式的创建工作,且新旧观点争论不休。要从根本上终结这种无用的从理论到理论、空对空的空谈局面,就得将繁杂的人才培养模式体系化、简约化,具体包括人才培养理念的根本化、人才培养目标的明确化和人才培养模式的融合化三个层次。
Academics focus on the work of personnel training all the time. Both old and new views conflict. In order to fundamentally end this useless way to deal with the situation by prittle-pratlle, we have to simplify and systemize the system of personnel training mode, including the integration of the three levels： personnel training views, personnel training objectives and personnel training model.
