摘要
职业生涯规划对高校学生来说具有重要的意义,对其职业生涯有着举足轻重的影响。近年来对高校学生职业生涯规划的研究也已经成为了热点。通过对高校学生职业生涯规划分析,提出高校学生自我、学校、社会全方位对职业生涯进行整体规划的构想,并强调高校在面对目前紧张的就业形势下如何转换角色,在学生职业生涯规划中起到积极的影响作用。
Career planning of university students is of great significance and has a huge influence on students＇ career choice. In recent years, College Career Planning Research has also become a hot focus. This study is designed to investigate the University Students＇ Career Planning to put forward an overall planning combined with students themselves, universities and society. Besides, this study also emphasizes that universities should change its function to help students cope with severe employment and have a positive influence on students.
