摘要
椰心叶甲是近年来传入我国的危险性有害生物,严重危害椰子、槟榔等棕榈科植物,利用昆虫寄生真菌绿僵菌防治椰心叶甲具有广阔的应用前景。文章综述了绿僵菌的分类现状、对椰心叶甲的入侵机理、在生物防治中的应用等方面的研究进展,提出应加强对高毒力绿僵菌菌株的筛选,在防治害虫时尽量减少温湿度、紫外线等对绿僵菌防效的影响,并尽量避免与防治真菌病害的杀菌剂接触,以提高绿僵菌对椰心叶甲的防治效果。
Brontispa longissima (Gastro), which is introduced into China in recent years, is a devastating pest on plants of the palm family (palmae). Applying Metarhizium against Brontispa longissima has a broad prospect. The article reviewed research on classifying status of Metarhizium spp, its invasion mechanism and biological prevention and control. In order to increase the controlling effects of Metarhizium on Brontispa longissima , the screening of high toxicity strain of Metarhizium should be strengthened. Influence of temperature, humidity, ultraviolet and contact of bactericide on Metarhizium should be avoided to improve its control effect when applied on Brontispa longissima .
