摘要
在刁江流域选择铅含量呈不同梯度水平的田块种植水稻和小白菜,研究耕地中铅含量对水稻和蔬菜造成的污染影响。结果表明:试验小区土壤铅含量在66.9m g/kg至1590m g/kg范围时,稻米中的铅含量随土壤铅含量的增加而增加;当土壤铅含量达到605.8m g/kg时,稻米铅含量接近食品卫生标准的限量指标;当土壤铅含量达到978.5m g/kg时,稻米铅含量超过食品卫生标准的限量指标。试验小区小白菜的铅含量随土壤铅含量的增加而增加,呈现出较显著的正相关;当土壤铅含量在29.8m g/kg的较低水平时,小白菜的铅含量即超过食品卫生标准的限量指标。
In order to study the effect of Pb pollution on rice and cabbage, the farming lands with different gradient levels of Pb contents in Diaojiang basin were selected to plant rice and cabbage. The results showed that the content of Pb in rice increased with the increase of Pb content in the soils when it ranged from 66. 9mg/kg to 1590mg/kg. When it reached 605.8mg/kg, the content of Pb in rice was closed to the limitation standard of food hygiene. When it reached 978.5mg/kg,the content of Pb exceeded the limited indicators of food hygiene standards. In the experiment plot of cabbage, it also showed that the content of Pb in cabbage increased with the increase of Pb content in the soils and they had a significant correlation. When the content of Pb in soils was 29.8 mg/kg, the content of Pb in the cabbage exceeded the limitation standard of food hygiene.
