摘要
公平有效评价新产品研发团队绩效,合理奖励新产品研发团队是人力资源管理中亟待解决的问题。对新产品研发团队绩效的测评最终目的在于全面培养和发展员工的综合素质,使团队成为高绩效团队,因而应从两个层面(整体层面和个人层面)和三个维度(团队素质、团队建设、团度业绩)进行综合测评。构建了新产品研发团队绩效测评体系,并采用因子分析的实证方法对这一体系进行验证与修正。
NPD teams now become more and more important. How to fairly and effectively appraise their performance, how to reasonably award this team are important problems for human resource management. This paper points out performance of NPD teams should be appraised from tow levels and based on three dimensions. In this paper a new systern for appraising performance of NPD teams was built, including the abilities, interactive course of the team, and the achievement. Then factor analysis was applied to testify and improve this system.
