经尿道电切术预防闭孔神经反射的研究进展 被引量:10

摘要 经尿道电切术已成为治疗浅表性膀胱肿瘤和良性前列腺增生的首选方法,若肿瘤位于膀胱侧壁及三角区周围,术中电刀切割时电流易透过膀胱壁而刺激闭孔神经,引起大腿内收肌群的收缩及骨盆移动,被称之为“闭孔神经反射”,出现闭孔神经反射后可导致膀胱穿孔、盆腔大血管损伤、肠道损伤等严重并发症发生,甚至危及生命。因此如何预防闭孔神经反射已成为腔内泌尿外科治疗过程中一个不可忽视的问题。本文现对国内外预防闭孔神经反射的研究作一综述:
