摘要
基于系统论的复合系统理论,结合数据包络分析方法和模糊数学的隶属度概念,构建了交通-土地利用复合系统的协调度模型.根据北京市具体情况,遵循科学性和实用性原则,选取了协调度评价指标.对北京市城八区的交通-土地利用复合系统的协调度进行了计算,得到的结论是:北京市过去及现在,交通-土地利用复合系统一直处于基本不协调状态,在采取了调整优化措施后,有望达到系统的协调发展.计算出了模型输入指标的优化目标值,使得改善调控措施更加有的放矢.
Urban transportation planning in Beijing has not been well integrated with land use strategy. The limited land supply cannot meet the need of demands placed on the transportation system, and the result is the new road becoming congestion after a short time. Using the method of data envelopment analysis (DEA) and the idea of membership degree of fuzzy mathematics, the evaluation model of composite system was proposed. State and dynamic coordination degrees showed the different temporal concept ones. Then selected indexes and calculated the coordination degree of Beijing, and drawn the conclusion that Beijing is uncoordinatedly developed in the past many years. The calculation result is in line with objective facts. The example verifies the availability of the model.
