摘要
比较了测定奶牛全血硒的微分脉冲催化极谱法和2,3─二氨基萘荧光法。结果:两种方法测得的血硒含量差异不显著(P>0.05),测值均符合饲料添加水平;但极谱法的最低检出浓度为0.1ng/ml,而荧光法则为1ng/ml,极谱法测定的精密度和准确度优于荧光法,但其线性范围比荧光法窄。从而提示:微分脉冲催化极谱法测定生物样品硒含量较为准确、简便、经济、省时,且污染少。
This paper reported the comparison between Differential PulseCatalytic Polarography(DPCP)and 2,3-diaminonaphathalene molecularfluorimetry(DAMF)for the determinaton of selenium in dairy cattle blood,The results indicate:There was no signiflcant difference between twomethods in blood selenium of dairy cattle.The results were bothconformed with feedstuff additive patterns.The detection limit of DPCPin selenium was 0.1 ng/ml,DAMF was 1 ng/ml.Theprccision and rccovcry of DPCP were better than those of DAMF.but theliner range of DPCP was more arrow than that of DAMF.DPCP was accurate,simple and convenient,low-priced,save time and less pollution.
