晚餐膳食干预与血脂关系的调查分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的为了明确晚餐食物中油脂含量与血脂水平的关系。方法随机抽取80例健康体检中查出的高血脂病例进行晚餐干预,测定干预前后甘油三脂和总胆固醇水平。结果甘油三脂和总胆固醇平均水平干预后明显低于干预前(P<0.01),甘油三脂平均降低了0.66 mmol/L,总胆固醇平均降低了1.35 mmol/L,且除5例甘油三脂仍高于正常外,其余均在正常范围内。结论晚餐的油脂摄入量对血脂水平有较大的影响,建议在健康体检中强调晚餐的食物种类和限制脂肪的摄入量。 Objective To identify the relationship between the fat content in dinner and the blood lipids.Methods 80 subjects with hyperlipidemia found in a healthy checkup were selected at random.Then the dietary interference in their dinner were carried out.After that,the level of triglyceride and total cholesteol was respectively determined before and after the interference.Results The level of triglyceride and total cholesteol after the interference was much lower than that before the interference.(P〈0.01).The level of triglyceride lowered 0.66mmol/L averagely and the level of cholesteol 1.35 mmol/L averagely.The level of tiglyceride of them were within normal except that the level of tiglyceride of 5 subjects were still higher than the normal.Conclusions The fat intake in dinner had a greater effect on the level of blood lipids.Thus it was adviced that much importance should be attached to food varieties and the restrict of fat intake when performing healthy checkups.
