摘要
针对内河集装箱堆场的装卸效率和安全问题,将格雷母线技术引进到轨道门式起重机定位中。构建了起重机格雷母线通信定位装置,在分析集装箱堆场堆放流程的基础上,实现了格雷母线定位装置与集装箱管理信息系统的对接。应用格雷母线定位技术可达到工程造价低、环境适应能力强和定位精度高等目的。
Considering the problem of the load and unload efficiency and safety of the Inland river container yard, this paper introduced the gray bus technology into the positioning of the rail mounted gantry crane. The crane＇s gray bus communication positioning instruments were designed, and based on the analysis of the container yard stack＇s flow, it was carried out that the gray bus positioning in-struments linked with the container management information system. Through the application of the gray bus positioning technology it can attain the goals of low cost of project, strong environment ada-ptabilty and high precison of positioning.
