摘要
本文提出仅用一种标准气或不用标准气标定氧化锆氧量分析仪的新方法。它符合我国的相关检定规程,适宜含氧量下限不小于0.1%的氧量分析仪的首次检定、后续检定和使用中的检验,尤其适宜在发电厂使用了较长时间后,对"检测器的多孔陶瓷过滤网已破损或其气孔被堵塞程度不明"的情况下进行检定或标定。
This paper persents a new method of using only one standard gas or without using any standard gases to calibrate zirconia oxygen analyzers. This method conforms to the related verification regulation which is suitable to calibrate zirconia oxygen analyzers for the first or follow-up time and also suitable to calibrate the analyzers being used, on condition that oxygen content should be kept above the pre-determined minimum of 0.1%.This method is especially suitable for calibrating when the analyzers has been used for a long time in a power plant, even if the porous ceramic filter has been broken, or not knowing whether a lot of porous are blocked up.
