摘要
为防止冲床在冲压工件过程中发生伤残事故,设计了一种自动保护系统。该系统硬件采用安全光幕和增量式编码器作为检测元件,以固态继电器作为执行元件,采用双PIC单片机的冗余结构。软件采用冗余设计,C语言编程,实现了系统的稳定性。该自动保护系统具有高可靠性,保证了在工厂恶劣环境下的安全运行。
This paper presents an automatic protecting system for preventing the accidents during stamping. A light screen and an incremental encoder are used as the measuring elements, and a redundant structure with dual PIC incus is used. The software programmed by C language has the redundancy design to guarantee high stability of the system.
