摘要
中国现代意义上的专业舞蹈学校教育,是从1954年9月6日成立北京舞蹈学校开始。但是,由于当时的历史原因,受前苏联的影响,一开始就走向了"早期专业型人才"的培养模式,其教育目的非常明确,就是"为适应全国文化建设的需要,培养具有全面表演能力的舞蹈演员和教员"。这种单一的办学定位,虽然对培养"高、精、尖"舞蹈人才具有重要的保证作用,但是,随着经济改革的进一步深入,社会需求和人的需求的多样化,也逐渐暴露出其自身的不足与缺陷,如此继续发展下去,对学科的发展、人才的培养会产生极其消极的影响。为此,必须调整其办学思路,明确办学定位,适应社会发展,满足社会及人的需求。
China's professional dance school education in the modem sense started from the establishment of Beijing Dance School on September 6, 1954. However, because of historical reasons at that time and the impact of the former Soviet Union, the "early professional personnel" training mode was adopted. The educational purpose is very clear, that is, "To meet the needs of building nationwide culture and to cultivate dancers and dance teachers with comprehensive performance ability". Such a single location is an important guarantee to cultivate "high, refined, top" dance talents. However, with the further deepening of economic reform and diversities of social needs and the needs of people, this mode has gradually revealed its own shortcomings. If it is allowed to develop on this route, it will have an extremely negative impact on development of the subject and the cultivation of talents. To this end, we must adjust the way of thinking and specify a clear positioning in order to adapt to the development of our society and to meet the demands of society and people.
