急性冠脉综合征与血清肌钙蛋白Ⅰ及其他危险因素的相关性分析 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨急性冠脉综合征(ACS)与血清肌钙蛋白Ⅰ(cTnI)、血脂、体重指数(BMI)等的关系。方法A组70例,为健康对照组;B组51例,为ACS的不稳定型心绞痛(UA)组;C组41例,为ACS的急性心肌梗死(AMI)组。检测cTnI时间:A组为清晨空腹取静脉血3.0ml送检,B组于心绞痛发作后3h取静脉血3.0ml送检,C组于发现AMI时立即取静脉血3.0ml送检。A、B、C组全部采用肌钙蛋白Ⅰ快速测试板检测,并于禁食12h次晨采静脉血测血脂。结果A组cTnI全部阴性,B组阳性8例,C组全部为阳性,A组、B组、C组各组之间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。ACS组(B+C组)的血总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、BMI均增高,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),ACS组高血压及糖尿病的发病率与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论cTnI作为一种新的心肌标志物,可作为ACS诊断、估计病情严重程度及预后的重要指标。血脂及BMI、高血压及糖尿病与ACS关系密切。 Objective To discuss the acute coronary syndrome (ACS) Synthetically with serum troponin Ⅰ (cTnⅠ), blood grease, weight exponent (BMI) etc. Methods A forms 70 examples for contrasting a group regularly,B forms 51 examples, is the ACS unstable angina pectoris (UA) the group.C form 41 examples, are an impatient ACS acute myocardial infarction (AMI) group. Check cTnI time: A group takes the venous blood 3.0 milliliters for early morning empty stomach to deliver examines, B group manifests suddenly latter 3 h in the angina pectoris to take venous blood 3.0 ml to deliver examines, C group in discovering when AMI takes venous blood 3.0 ml to deliver immediately examines.A, B, C group use the serum troponin Ⅰ (cTnⅠ),to measure the test plate examination fast completely, and in fasts 12 h early mornings to pick the venous blood to measure the blood grease. Results A group of cTnⅠ complete negative, B group of masculine is 8 examples, C group of cTnⅠ is a masculine completely. A group,B group, C group of each group of between comparison difference has statistics significance (P〈0.05)Triglyceride (TG), BMI increase general blood cholesterol (TC), glycerin of ACS group (B+C group) equally highly, difference has statistics significance comparing with contrasting a group (P〈0.05),ACS group hypertension and the diabetes. Morbidity have statistics significance with contrasting parallel difference of group (P〈 0.05). Conclusion cTnI indicates a thing as one kind of new myocardial, may be the ACS patient diagnose, the order of severity estimating state of illness and important prognosis index. The blood grease and BMI, hypertension and diabetes and the acute coronary syndrome relations are close.
