摘要
桡骨下端骨折是骨伤科临床最常见骨折之一,中医治疗上多采取闭合手法整复,小夹板外固定。周福贻教授在吸收前人经验的基础上,首创的"三折顶"整复手法治疗伸直型桡骨下端骨折,经多年的临床实践证明,该手法具有轻巧、敏捷,病人痛苦少,复位成功率高等优点,值得临床推广运用。
