摘要
目的:观察三维多功能牵引配合推拿治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法:将300例分为3组,第1组采用三维多功能牵引配合推拿治疗;第2组单纯用推拿疗法;第3组单纯用三维多功能牵引治疗。结果:治愈率1组为86%,2组为67%;3组为45%。三组疗效比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:三维多功能牵引配合推拿治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效确切,明显提高了治愈率。
Objective：To future study the effect of thee dimensional fraction combined message treatment to patients with lumbar disc herniations.Method： Three hundreds patients with lumbar disc herniations were randomly divided into three groups ,each group was one hundred patients.Group one were treated by three dimensional traction combined massage; Group two only by massage and group three only by three dimensional. RestJlt： The cure rate of group one was 86% ,and the cure rate of group two was 67qeo,another was 45% .Effect comparison of three groups was significant difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Three dimensional traction combined message treatment to patients with lumbar disc herniations was clear .It obviously improved the cure rate.
