猪鸡粪便及其不同混合比例厌氧处理性能的研究 被引量:19

摘要 试验观察猪粪和鸡粪以及不同比例混合对厌氧发酵处理过程pH、沼气产量与化学需氧(量COD)的影响,以确定25℃条件下猪、鸡粪厌氧发酵处理适宜的混合比例。结果表明,纯鸡粪由于较低的pH导致厌氧发酵失败;在同样温度条件下,猪粪厌氧发酵pH处于正常范围之内,沼气产量稳定且明显高于猪鸡粪混合组;在鸡粪中添加一定比例的猪粪,可提高厌氧反应器中pH、沼气产量和COD去除率,猪粪适宜的添加量为2/3。 Experiment was conducted to observe the effect of mix of pig and chicken dung on pH, biogas production and COD values during anaerobic fermentation at 25 ℃. The results showed that the fermentation of chicken dung was failed because of lower pH. pH was fit for pig dung anaerobic fermentation, biogas production was stable and higher in reactor containing pig dung than in those containing mix dung of pig and chicken at same temperature. Fermentation performance was improved when pig dung was added into chicken dung during anaerobic fermentation, the fit added amount of pig dung in chicken was 2/3.
