摘要
对电磁振动给料机的主振系统受力情况进行了分析,通过振动力学模型的建立、电磁铁吸引力、弹簧刚度的计算,得到系统工作频率和固有频率。对三种工作状态进行了比较分析,提出了工作点的选择和调整方法,对电磁振动给料器稳定工作具有重要意义。
The force status of the primer vibration system of electromagnetic vibration feeder is analyzed, and the operation frequency and natural frequency of the system are deduced from vibration force modeling and the calculation of electromagnet attraction and sprint stiffness. By comparison of three operation status, proposes how to select and adjust the operation point in the present paper, which is significant to the stability of electromagnetic vibration feeder.
