摘要
文章从分析插斜齿的运动控制原理入手,针对数控插齿的关键控制技术,建立了运动控制模型,探讨了基于MCX314芯片的数控插齿多轴运动控制硬件平台的设计和插补运算方法,并对插齿刀旋转轴的加减速定位控制进行了探讨。
This paper firstly analyzes helical gear's shaping motion control principle, as for the key control technology of NC gear shaping, Motion control model is established. The design of hardware flatform of multi-axial motion control based on the MCX314 chip and the method of the interpolated calculation are discussed. Plus-minus allocation control of slotting cutter's axis of rotation is also studied.
