摘要
采用不同的灵敏度分段对纳米SrTiO3的光声光谱进行了测定,结果表明纳米SrTiO3的光学吸收边比单晶和薄膜有大于0.1eV的蓝移.10nm的样品蓝移量超过0.2eV.运用缺陷能级之间的电子跃迁解释了光声光谱中出现的吸收峰;运用尺寸效应解释了光学吸收边蓝移的原因.
The photoacoustic spectra of nano-SrTiO3 were systematically measured with the varied sensibility in short wave and long wave. The results showed, compared with that of single crystal and film, a blue shift of optical absorption edge of nano-SrTiO3 is over 0.1 eV, the blue shift of sample of 11 nm is more than 0.2 eV. The electronic transition between the defect energy levels were applied to explain why the absorption peaks present in the photoacoustic spectra, and quantum size effects were applied to explain the reasons of blue shift of the optical absorption edge of nano-SrTiO3 in the photoacoustic spectra.
