体外冲击波治疗老年性肩周炎和跟痛症 被引量:18

摘要 目的探讨体外冲击波疗法对老年性肩周炎和跟痛症患者的疗效及其作用机制。方法采用国产MODLE KDE-2002型体外冲击波碎石机治疗肩周炎患者60例,跟痛症患者50例,并与对照组进行比较。结果肩周炎患者ESWT组优良率(80.0%)显著高于对照组(53.3%),跟痛症患者ESWT组优良率(76.0%)显著高于对照组48.0%,两组病例未出现明显并发症。结论体外冲击波治疗老年性肩周炎和跟痛症快速安全有效。
