摘要
学者型高校行政管理人员的成长具有一定的科学渐进性和规律性。针对我国高校管理的现状,要提高我国高校行政管理水平,改变"制度淡化、管理弱化、手段老化"的传统管理模式,当务之急是要尽快落实加强学者型高校行政管理人员建设的具体措施。
The growth of the scholar-type administrators in the higher instituts is a gradual and regular process. Based on the current status of management in Chinese university, it is most urgent and important to carry out the practical measurements for training scholarly administrators in order to promote the standards of administration in Chinese higher educational institutes, and reform the traditional management model characteristic of lessening systems, weakening management, and petrifying means.
